How the connection works
The ERPm sync service connects to your ERP’s database and exchanges changes through a transaction queue in both directions. Each record keeps its ERP code, so updates land on the right record, and anything that fails waits in the queue with the reason, ready to retry. Nothing is installed on your users’ PCs.
